2020 Chevrolet Malibu Gets New Color: Stone Gray Metallic

We have seen this sedan grow and change pretty drastically over the years and we’re always excited to learn about new improvements and upgrades. The 2020 model, as it just so happens, will be seeing a new color added to its color options and it’s one that is bold, sophisticated, and also pretty cool.
The new Malibu color is named Stone Gray Metallic. Stone Gray Metallic is one of three gray options for color and one of four of the neutral tones offered for the 2020 Malibu colors.
Stone Gray Metallic is one of the Malibu exterior colors available for the LT and Premier trim levels and is included in the base price. The color combinations available for the interior are Jet Black, Dark Atmosphere with Light Wheat and Dark Atmosphere with Medium Ash Gray.
The exterior Malibu colors aren’t limited to this model, however. Chevy has also made it available for the 2020 Traverse as well. 2020 Malibu models with this color are already on the lots and that means they’re already on the streets, so if this is your color, then this is your car.
The Malibu is the second largest sedan sold in the United States and Canada. This mid-size sedan sits just above the compact Cruze and right below the full-size Impala. It continues in the ninth-generation form, which was first introduced back in 2016. Using the GM E2 platform, which it shares with the Cadillac XT4 and the Buick Regal, among others, the Malibu was the recipient of a midcycle refresh last year which saw new exterior styling, the new RS trim level, and a CVT transmission available for the L, LS, LT, and RS models. The 2019 model also got a new infotainment system and an 8-in reconfigurable driver info center.
